    Smile Hi...from Winslow Arizona...desert country

planning on retiring, or bugging out, whichever comes first in the desert at 5000 to 6000 feet. We live along the Navajo/Hopi reservations in Winslow AZ for about 4 years now. Love it here! I was born and raised in Daytona beach Fl, raised my family in Louisville Ky....hubby was born in San Jose Cal. Have been studying a lot but not a whole lot of info for desert living. I'm half NDN....and getting some from the local NDNs here, though not my Nation/Tribe.....I have fit in here nicely

Sekoh, welcome to the campfire, pull up a log and sit a spell. Have some tea and bannock. Jam with that?

welcome, I grew up in St. Johns, and live not far from there now, just across the border in New Mexico. Used to railfan in Winslow a lot. It's an interesting town you live in.
