I wouldn't order even a single home fry in that joint.

Place like that, without customers, can go out of business very quickly. I'd like to see that happen.

I have a client with a service animal. It's a Pomeranian. It does not LOOK like a service animal. I just moved her into her first apartment in 4 years that was not part of the shelter. She has PTSD, bi polar, had a TBI which caused several strokes and paralysis. That one little dog, her early warning system, is letting her live a more "normal" life. I would certainly boycott any place that didn't allow her to have her dog. I wouldn't mind at all if they asked to see her papers proving the dog was a service animal. I have another client with a bigger service dog. She is trained to bark if her client has a seizure, thus alerting me to her problem. Due to this dog (and very thin walls), this client is able to live in her own apartment in my building of employment.
Why do I live in Alaska? Because I can.

What's with the boycott? Title II and III of the ADA covers service animals. The joint is in violation of a federal law, which covers PTSD. Boycott schmoycott. Let the feds deal with 'em then the vet can sue their pants off. Easy peasy.

He'll get his just desserts. Just don't understand folks getting wrapped around the axle. This one is pretty straight forward. Him and his business are doomed and the vet will probably be in the restaurant business before it's over.

I agree.I just see a bunch of trouble starting starting.Cause believe it or not, some folks are saying the diner owner was right to do what he did.
Word is out that this is not the first time the vet was in the establishment with the dog.And the dog was running wild all over the restraunt. No restraint at all.
So who knows. You wont get the real story from any news agency.
