The store I get my weekly shop at had Gammon joints on offer today, so i got a couple. After cutting them down and trimming them, I had a fair bit f rind and fat. I rendered it down and now have a good pot of bacon grease. I know 2dumb would approve.

Heck yeah, I'm proud of you! Everything taste better if fried in bacon grease. Tatars and onions fried in bacon grease.....green beans fried in bacon grease....heck, I'm getting hungry!
