Default Same Tent, Different View (boots in the field SD, boots in the field).

Had the opportunity to get out camping again this weekend. Met up with a pal, she was taking part in the Radio Society of Great Britain Centennial Broadcast, celebrating 100 years of RSGB with a unique callsign G100-RSGB.
We stayed at a little campsite inland, but spent a lot of time at Goldhangar Creek.

    That tent again.

The large vessel in the background is a very rare sail barge known as a Wherry. I was really lucky to spot it.

Thanks for the pics Winnie. Looked to be a nice way to spend a weekend. Btw. I've spent many nights in a tent very much like that one in the pic. Always kept me reasonably comfortable.

Great pictures. Love the Wherry, had to look it up. It may be the Mirosa out of Faversham. If it is it was built in 1882 and has been restored and is used for day trips and company charters. Cool history. Wish i could afford a over the pond Jamboree.

Question.......When you fold up a tent, do you fold the space inside up with it?....or does it leak out when you flatten it out.

Always wondered as when you open and set up....looks the same, smells the same, feel the same....same dead spider on the floor, (I think they are installed at the factory).....??????
    Ideas?

Well, now. when I see the tent up, it looks like I folded the space up with it. But when I pack it away, it looks like it's all leaked out! I'm afraid I gave myself a headache trying to ponder on that. And after the squatter I shared my tent with at the last Jamboree, there are no Spiders, dead or otherwise in my tent. LOL

Strange, that the guy who wears a hong didn't think about the possibility of the tent being on the moon.
