    Didn't measure, and this one is boxed up. I've got another in the shop I'm working on that I can measure the opening.

    I love the knife, I have been ask a few times to make that kind of handle but I always pass, but you knocked it out of the park. I agree keeping it as a hobby, I have a few friends that are full time knife makers and they have to charge a lot more and it becomes a job, with stress, pressure and deadlines.
    Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellers they are established.
