    Default Screw Rolling Stone Magazine

I don't care how they try to explain it, the practical (and I believe intended) effect is that Rolling Stone Magazine gave Tsarnaev rock-star status.

Frigging IDIOTS, I hope no one buys a dang copy of that issue or any others for that matter.

I did have to send them a note letting them know what I thought. Here's the address for the editors.

Just one organ donor can save the lives of 8 people. I say strap Tsarnaev down and start harvesting.

C'mon now. He should get just as much anesthetic as he gave to the bombing victims before the bombs went off.

    He plead "not guilty".
Ken, do you know what's it based on...or is he just further yanking our chain? I'm sure it's his right to plead however he wants to, I just thought he'd go for guilty since he pretty much admitted to being involved.

I don't know how the courts operate in that jurisdiction (or in most for that matter), but I've heard tell that for some charges, in some places, a judge will not accept a guilty verdict. I forget the reasoning, but I did hear a brief explanation about why.

It's also possible that Tsarnaev is going to try to plea his way out of charges, or try some absurd defense strategy. I don't doubt much these days.

He's probably looking to avoid the death penalty.

That's correct. In many instances, a plea of not guilty is entered by the court "on the defendant's behalf."
