I understand most of the traffic laws out there and agree with them. Drunk driving, impaired driving, speed limits, stop signs, traffic lights, turn signals and so many other have some obvious safety issues attached. For things such as phones, texting, reading, make-up and now eating....... if there is an accident, just cite them for failure to control. So many victimless crimes in the name of nanny state.
