I have harped not a citizen then no rights for a long time. No Miranda warnings. No right to a speedy trial. Nothing. Certainly none of the stuff Ken outlined.
We should take the six smartest jihadists in the world and put them on a barge in the ocean. Then we should exterminate all other jihadists. Then sink the barge.
