Seems I have one waiting on me when I get home....entered a raffle for a Ducks Unlimited Sponsers Dinner that I was unable to attend,..... but didn't matter if I was there or not.........Score!.

Very nice. Kimber's are very tight. I don't own one but I've sold and shot quite a few.
I had a compass, but without a map, it's just a cool toy to show you where oceans and ice are.

    My son shoots one.

I reworked it for him inside and out after he broke it in, then broke it in again.

I consider it as good as the commercial pre '70 Colt.

You remember those, back when you could buy a Colt NIB for $150?

Picked up the Kimber today.....and a box of ammo, the only way I could but 45 APC's......

Looks like a museum.....hand guns and a display of a couple of boxes of ammo for each....Kinda a "remember when it was just on a shelf?"

    Need some range time now.
