Default Edit the Title of a Thread?

Can the Forums' software be changed to allow an OP (or a Mod/Admin) to edit the title of a thread?

I often see thread titles that appear to contain unintentional misspellings. I posted one myself this morning.

I thought that a Mod/admin could do it.

I thought you could do it your self by going to advanced...then edit, have added stuff to titles in the past, like "Update" and such...
Haven't done it in a while.

Next time word it where noone can understand it! Problem solved!
Keep in mind the problem may be extremely complicated, though the "Fix" is often simple...

Just tried that. It changes the title shown in the first post, but not the title that shows on the page that lists the various threads.
