    Cool Greetings from northern Mn

Hello all gravy here, just figured I'd start up an account with this what seems like a great forum! I've been looking at this forum for some time now and I'm impressed with all the great knowledge on this site.

    a little introduction of myself,
I'm 21 yrs old and I live in northwestern Minnesota, about 40 miles from the border of Canada. I'm currently farming with my grandpa,my dad, and my uncle on our small grains farm. I went to south Dakota state university for 2 yrs to get my general agricultural degree. Which now I'm glad I'm finally putting to good use. Now to the interesting stuff.

I have been bushcrafting for about 2 yrs now, and needless to say I'm hooked. It started out being just a love to be in the woods, go for hikes, look for deer sheds ect..., but then I started watching videos on YT about bushcrafting and that's where my love for the woods and my interest of bushcrafting came together.

Now that I've been doing this more regularly I see my interest expanding from just simple bushcrafting to survival practices and self sustainability. All are topics a lot of you are experienced with which is why I'm excited to learn and discuss with you guys for hopefully a long time.

    Thanks guys for reading,
    gravy

    Welcome to WSF.
I had a compass, but without a map, it's just a cool toy to show you where oceans and ice are.
