need help finding somethig
so last year some time i came across a site that sells mushroom kits. they had a mushroom spore kit that was a huge mushroom (like sewer cap sized) that tasted they said like beef and was used to put nutrients into your vegetable garden. i thought i saved it in my favorites but alas i cannot find it. i was hoping some of the mushroom guys on here my know what im talking about.
Portabella mushrooms have somewhat of a meaty flavor when grilled and shiitake mushrooms add a meaty flavor to dishes.They are both pretty big,but I wouldn't know about them adding any nutrients to a garden.
