i am starting to get my trapping supplies up for next season, my brother inlaw bought a ground hog tool and told me i needed it or a sodbuster tool. but i've been considering a brick hammer, they look about the same and are cheaper. a ground hog tool will cost $30-$35 with shipping and the sodbuster will be about $30, i can get a good brick hammer at my local hardware for $10. the money i save can get me more traps, if the brick hammer will work. do ya'll think a brick hammer would be ok making land sets for foothold traps? thanks for any help.
