Default What one food do you replenish the most often...? NOT favorite food......

Not what is your favorite food to eat that you store and replenish. However it MIGHT be.

My food that I extract from my my survival stores, the most, and replenish the most, is BUSH'S Baked Beans.

    And yourself.........???

Canned tomatoes, and a close second would have to be corn. We put up lots of both when they are in season.

The two most used/replenished for me are tuna (albacore in foil pouches) and coffee.

Coffee. Since I drink a lot of it, but it's not on my regular shopping list in my head as needing to be bought regularly, I have to break into my stash and get it out of there to last until the next shopping trip.
Why do I live in Alaska? Because I can.

Low sodium soy sauce (instead of salt) and hot sauce which can make crap taste better. We use it every day and we hoard it as well. Tuna in pouches, sardines, Agave nectar (instead of sugar), canned beans & corn, long shelf almond milk and high fiber cereal. Nuts & dried fruit.
