Hello everyone I only just remembered about this thread and thought I might start it up again. Here are some of the puukkos as they have come along through various designs. All of the blades are 3.5 inches long x 1 inch wide and you can see how they hold up in the test video I put up a while ago. Let me know your thoughts..thanks!

The price comes out to a little over $65 after taxes and shipping.

With a sheath? Be careful not to set yourself up on this. That's a bargain knife at $65 without a sheath.
I had a compass, but without a map, it's just a cool toy to show you where oceans and ice are.

That does include a light leather sheath and it really doesn't detract from any of my other projects with time or materials. At $65 I make a decent profit but more people are willing to spontaneously buy them then say one of my $700 knives. So it all tends to even out. I certainly haven't lost any money on them I'll say that!

Great looking stuff. I'll have to try my hand at that style at some point.

Thanks Crash...this was a really fun one to make and the last of the original 15 I made now it's time to make a new batch and I think I am going to make them to match this last one. What do you think?

Nice looking knives. I prefer the contrast in a Puukko handle. It's what really gives it character IMO. The last knife has a nice earth tone and still has the contrast. Nice job.
