Good grief Roar, that baby's half grown already!

    What did he weigh?

He is definately a fine looking yong man. Most newborns require some fudging on the compliments but not this example. Tell Mom she did good!

Every time an older person dies, its like burning a full set of encyclopedias that will never be published again. So, if you ever want to learn more of anything, just find a old tradesman and hang out with him and then when he passes on, not the full set will burn, you'll have parts of it to pass on to others.

That first pick is sort of a Kung Foo type pic. Sleeping dragon I think is the name of that stance. Notice the foot ready to take you out? Good lookin' young man. I'm glad all went well and both mom, baby and dad made it through fine.

We are now home and it's snowing. It's fitting as his initials are B.R.R. hah. Anyways, we are all doing well and loving it.

We decorated the nursery in forest friends to start him on the right foot. Also, got a friend to do some bear cutouts from plywood and paint them.

Woof! Great way to start the new year. Glad everything's going well.
True enough, my final home is still out there, but this is most certainly my home range and I love it. I love every rock I fall off and tree I trip over. Even when I am close to dying from exhaustion, a beautiful sunset doesn't lose it's power to refresh and inspire me and that, in itself, is enough to save me sometimes.

Congrats on the handsome feller! Just be careful should Winnie come in contact with him. She'll get him on a sugar high and give them a supply to maintain it for a few weeks!
