can't post in classifieds

Okay, after thinking about it for several months, I've decided to sell my new, unused, Becker BK2 that is really, really, just too heavy for me. However, I went to the classifieds and I don't get the "post new thread" button. I've read the rules and I think I qualify to post. Am I missing something here?
