    Accessory cord and tubular webbing tape, like that used in climbing have less, and much less elongation, respectively, as well. 8mm dyneema webbing in a large loop, like a cordelette would be great for some things, if probably a little bulky for bracelet duty. Some 5mm titan cord (bluewater ropes product) would be seriously heavy duty also.
