    Cool Just got this:

I'm a sucker for these kind of things, it even has a secret compartment for a lighter or waterproof matches!

    For a video of it:

The model shown here is older as mine does not have the corkscrew, but does come with a nice nylon case.

    You are a sucker......

Use it for a little while and then make a video. Then we won't laugh at you so much.

Yeah, somewhat. I thought this looked like the kind of thing I can wear on my belt while driving the bus that doesn't look like a weapon, yet I have some survival gear with me at all times. The compass is a nice size one, as opposed to the little "cracker-jacks" model that some folks prefer and works well. It's a nice piece of equipment, well made and tough. It came from the mysterious far East...China!

Let us know how it works after you've used it in the field for a while.

Got to tell you though, Crash, I'm not so much a "boots in the fied" kind of person; more like a "tires on the road" kind of guy.

It doesn't matter how you get out there as long as you do get out there.

I do think that it would be a very good fit for my hunting bag, it would certainly consolidate many of the items I carry now.

Every person is going to like different things, I won't judge you for that.
