Default HAPPY Birthday USMC we have survived for 237 years

The United Stated Marine Corps, as of today, has survived 237 years

    A toast:
    To those that have served
    To those who are serving
and to those that will serve
    To those that came home
    and remembering those that didn't.

    Happy Birthday Brothers

    SEMPER FI

Happy Birthday Jarheads. I love you guys. I sure as hell ain't charging MG nests. I had air support.
I had a compass, but without a map, it's just a cool toy to show you where oceans and ice are.

Your math is correct. I fixed it. Just like a Jarhead to lie about their age.

I didn't want to rain on the birthday party. Here is a link to a group that has been working tirelessly to identify and recover MIA remains throughout the world. I worked with them on Army remains in ETO but have had no involvement in the other branches. You might want to read the story of Marine MIAs and the action the U.S. Government is now taking. You might want to swallow a Valium and a shot before you read this. They operate on donations and volunteer help. Ted is a great guy doing some admirable, positive work AND getting results.

Thanks to all my fellow Marines past and present, Semper fi bros. But its also Veterans day and I would like to thank all the other branchs as well, with out support and teamwork we all would've had a tougher fight.
