Pakistan and the US have different mushrooms. They should have known better. They broke the first rule of mushrooming: DON'T eat any mushroom you can't 100% identify! All mushroom poisonings come down to this. Follow the rules, and you'll be just fine. No different from learning the traffic laws when you move to another country. If you go to Australia, don't drive on the right side of the road.
