    Man, if you can't light a fire with those.......thanks for the review. They look good to me. I think I want to replace my current matches, and was looking at the REI ones. Maybe I need to compare the two.

    Can you light them if the striker on the box gets wet or destroyed or do you have to have the striker? Nice review.

    The up side, once they start they burn... down side... once they burn, they burn fast.

    In my ignition pack, I also have regular kitchen matches along with a lot of other tools. (Mag bar, blast match, etc...)
