    Default hiyas from central FL!

i'm 33, live in Citra, FL (between G'Ville & Ocala), have a ton of useless information, & sometimes good information i have gleaned from tons of research. love the thought of being a minimalist, and have a thing for sharp, bladed objects.

    Welcome to WSF.
I had a compass, but without a map, it's just a cool toy to show you where oceans and ice are.

Welcome. I've got family in Gainesville so I'll probably end up living there some day. Here in Colorado we hang our stuff from a tree limb to keep it away from bears. I suppose down there you do the same to keep alligators out of the food?

lol, pretty much Stiffy. just saw a gator that was about 10ft long, maybe a 1/4 mile from my house, he was trying to get through a fence & was getting ticked off he couldn't just walk through the wire

(note to self) Lot's of perimeter wire when traveling to Florida. Encase the hotel in it. Keeps dinosaurs OUT.

Actually, it's my wife's family (daughter and three little girls), and she (my wife) is the one who wants to move there. I'm not so fond of the idea, so if I could just feed her a few alligator horror stories, I might get to stay in Colorado.

Start sending those stories. Start now. And it's okay to exaggerate a little.

Well that settles it, you have gators and skeeters? That's all the excuse I need to stay in Colorado.
