If we're lucky, I will end this thread, as well.

Default Intro Hieroglyphics, and the automagical link

This one seems to fly over a lot of peoples head, especially numpties. It's obvious to most when a full blown web link is posted that you can simply click on it and take a ride. But, there are some creative things that can be done. All of the following are hyperlinks, and lead to the same address.

    http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=numpty

    Numpty

    LINKY

    I particularly like number 3.

All you have to do is simply type something, then highlight it.

Pick the link Hieroglyphic, it's the one that looks like the Earth with a chain link in the bottom right corner. You'll get an input box, paste the web address in there and click OK.

Of course, as mods, we merely have to think about it and presto! a link appears. Which also answers the question about the smoke smell.

    Default To save a n00b

I was so fortunate today to be in the capable hands of two experienced rifleman. I simply would have melted. My cattle and bunny farm came under attack from bear and wild dogs. I was not in the woods, I was just where I was suppose to be, in the back yard. It was like the Secret Service was here when the onslaught came.

That's a pic from after the mayhem. I could only focus, in terror, at the eye teeth enemy they neutralized while we were under attack.

5 grains at about 400 fps they told me, said they didn't have enough time for hot loads. Looks like the Bear skull myth is busted.

Not so quick. You can't just debunk a "you can't shoot a bear in the head because his skull is too thick" myth using professional shooters. They might have put some back spin on the round or used one of them fancy drill bit rounds us mortals aren't privileged to. And those are clearly professional shooters. From the looks of the weapons and shirt, I'd venture blacks ops folks.

Maybe, they are a rather mysterious bunch. But, they went kinda gangsta after the dirty work was done.

Thank you, just give me until the sun goes down today to get the links straightened out. I copied that from an old post of mine in another universe.

Sorry you had to ask. Don't tell the Mods, but there's a spittoon next to the fridge. Strategically placed soes you can spit before every beer, and with your back to the crowd. That's all ya need ain't it.
