Thread: Water purification kit

    Default Water purification kit

I decided to "optimize" a little my personal water filter H2On Demand. As it come with a little 8 oz. bottle, I used it as a container to make a more complete water treatment kit:

    The kit:

    - My water filter H2On Demand.

    - Two 1L ziplock bag.

    - Water purification tablets.

I use it with my 1L aluminium canteen + cup. The pouch of the canteen serve as a prefilter. And the kit is small enough to fit in any bag or backpack.

    Pertty cool, thanks for posting.
I carry one of the "straws", tablets, and the canteen/water bottle.
Good idea on the zip locks.....carry those as well, but hadn't though about using them for water carriers....

Just be careful on the zip locks. They will leak. Some will seal just fine while other don't quite get the job done. Redundancy is good. Nice job.
