    Default Sunset and Moonrise

The forecast was a bit off and we had clear skies today. Headed out to watch the moonrise. On the way to the beach, while crossing the St Johns River I snapped a couple of pictures of the sun going down. You can see the smoke from a wild fire which made for an interesting sunset.

At the beach, watched the sun finish setting and the moon rising.

There was a lot of haze on the horizon as the moon rose. The colors have not been altered at all.

Thanks Crash, we had very cloudy and rain this evening. Saw the moon Thursday and it was beautiful that night.

Thanks for sharing these. Great pics! We were overcast with fairly intense lighting and scattered showers all night so no viewing here.

I especially like the moon ones framed in palm trees. Fantastic!
