Randy - Did you make it?

I made it from cedar boards. I've made a few little boats like this. I make them and carry them into backwaters and remote ponds. They can leak like a sieve until it swells up from the water. A nice feature is the low cost, the cost is low enough nobody will fool with them or make the attempt to carry them back out.

What's my next step after I get all the far shaved off?
I'm salting it when I'm not working on it and I stretched it and have restretched it.

What should I do next?
It's been stretching since last Wednesday. Should I pull it off the stretcher?
Do I need to keep salting it?
I have no clue what to do and I can't find anything on google.
