Willow Bark as a painkiller

Although this may be a scientifically unproven untested remedy, it may come in handy some day! And you dont have to spit it in anybodys ear either! I have heard that crack willow and purple willow are the 2 strongest species.

Yeah I knew you would do that Rick, but the link I provided gave exact preparation and dosage amounts which were not given in the previous threads that you so kindly provided.
