    Cheers Man. I am going out next week to pratice down climbing, with my swag & all my gear on. If it is to hard, i will have to take a extra rope, to lower my gear/swag of cliffs, then climb down to it. Did a bit of climbing {up} last few days, went OK. But sandstone holds can break away, so i am going real easy on it, 3 contacts at all times.
