Edible bugs?

ive seen man vs wild and how he eats various grubs ants bugs and snakes. does any know of any sites or books that discuss which ones are edible? any input would be appreciated

well almost all insects are ediable but it all depends upon the way you eat them like with a biting insect avoid the head but this info could be wrong so just double check this info before using

their is actually a lot of useful information on this website. one thing I remember right off was, beetles and grasshoppers have a hard exoskeleton that will have parasites I beleive it was, so you have to cook them before you can eat them.
