When I pull up the website and try to log in the username area is blocked by a superimposed facebook emblem. I have to hit enter and get the message that I have used 1 of my tries then I can sign in. Why is that?

It appears to be an issue with IE7. You might try dumping cache, close IE and try again. If that doesn't resolve it, upgrade to 8 or try another browser.
