    Default Water Collection

If you don't have handy access to a source of water but there is dew on the grass then you can collect the dew by tying a towel, bandana or rag around your ankle and walk across the grass. The cloth will absorb the water and all you have to do is wring it out into a cup.

You just can't have a serious thread running without someone posting junk to it. You didn't collect it with your socks did you? Trax is right though, that would be nasty.

I wouldn't collect it that way while walking through a cow pasture.

If you just left a towel laying in the grass overnight, wouldn't you get similar results? Without the yummy toejam flavoring though...that might be a downside to some...

Just tried it, it works, but it is "YELLOW"........so it is either Mountain Dew, or poodle dew.

Well I read before in a desert survival guide that if your car breaks down, you can get a large amount of water from it by the morning dew by wiping it with a rag (depending on the size of your car)

You could always fasten sponges to yourself and roll around. I'd do it.

If you have a plastic bag you can put it over a branch or put leaves in it and as the sun evaporates the water from the plant it will condense in the bag.
