Surivial is just an unplanned adventure when you are prepared
How are you traveling in the desert? If you are a tour operator can we assume you are traveling by vehicle? It makes a big difference if your survival kit has to be carried on your person or if it can be carried in a vehicle. How far into the desert are you traveling? How many kilometers to the closest town. Do you have any satellite phones or radios with you?

Usually around 160km.i used to do it by bike there is a off road track for bikes.closest town is around 60km but its very
primitive nothing there.there is no even a hospital.
I'm assuming you mean motorized bike? If so....
Water, water, more water
Shelter or shelter material (can be used as shade as well)
blanket/sleeping bag
sunscreen
first aid kit
food (that does not require water to "reconstitute")
sat phone or other communication device that works in the area you travel
signal mirror
whistle
flash light
fire starting tools
knife
multitool
map
compass
paracord
duct tape
container to collect/boil water
a couple of needles
head covering
fishing gear/net if you are anywhere near the Nile
The above list is pretty basic, but should not take up too much room in a pack that can be strapped to your bike.
Do you have paniers or storage on your bike?
Sunglasses and an extra pair
Basic hand tools for repair of bike
Spare tubes (if your tires have tubes)
Patch kit
tire pump
Both the tools and tire pump are made of very lightweight materials today if you can find them. They are also pretty small.

"Water, water, more water" Crash is right, take heed to all the advice on this forum. BTW, if your concerned about weight, I hear dehydrated water doesn't weigh much. Living where you are, I would hope you are also aware the flash flooding can occur, especially in the wadis. Be safe.
