    Default Hardy hole tools

I've been getting my shop put together as of late.

Figured I would post a few photos of some hardy hole tools I've made over the years.

    thanks for looking

here's a post anvil made from a big splitting wedge. I hammered the end to a point and then ground it to fit the hardy hole. It's nice for hammering on knives. I've been grinding on it to true it up. Once true I'll polish the face.

not a hardy hole tool but it's my hammer rack. Hardy hole tools are no good without a hammer LOL. I'm going to weld on some braces and such. Figured the braces would be nice to hang tongs on.

not sure what to call this but it's made from a chunk of sch. 80 pipe cut in half long ways. there is a square shaft coming out the bottom that fits the hardy hole. Good for hammering in curves.

I have a tool made from a trailer ball that fits the hardy hole. didn't get a photo of that one.

I guess you can get hammered just about any time you want and your wife won't mind. (I slay myself)

Really cool, my forge project is set to continue over spring break when I'm back home.

My wife gets on me from time to time about how many hammers I have. I showed her the pic of your well stocked hammer rack randyt. I have to say thankyou since she now knows I'm not alone with hammers.:>) BTW Nice shop setup.

thanks for the comments. yes I get hammered a lot LOL. That's about a third of my hammers, I have hammers coming out my ears so to speak. They're all different for different tasks.
