I have tried to register with no success. I put in the image where it tells you to delete the "d" and replace with the first letter in the word survival. It keeps telling me I entered the wrong image. So what should I do?

I don't have access to the captha imaging system, but the image should change if you try it again. It is possible that you may have entered it incorrectly.
The error you are receiving is generated from the Captcha box not from entering the S. You need to make certain the letters you enter in the Captcha box match the picture.
If you are having trouble deciphering the letters there is a small speaker on the Captcha box that you can click and listen to the letters that are displayed.
Just above the speaker is a small set of arrows that will let you generate a new image if the one you are looking at is difficult to decipher.
