    Default New from Texas

Hi guys my name is William and have been hunting, fishing, trapping for more than thirty years and was a proud member of the USMC.I hope I can be a productive member of this forum and learn a few things while I'm here and maybe give a little of my knowledge back.I really enjoyed all of my survival training I recieved while in the military and put all of it to practical use through the years. It's almost hunting and trapping season so I will be in the woods most of this winter running trap lines and busting hogs, plus we have 5 new puppies to get trained for runnin hogs this year we'll see if they have it in them.

Hello. What kind of dogs do you have?
Proof of a higher power, is the power of a horses stride. Line for line, grace and majesty, taking me for a ride.

The dogs are a mix of Mastiff(mom's dad)cataholla, lab(mom's mom) and the dad was shepard so shepard, lab, cataholla, mastiff mix.The puppies are 9 weeks old and already monsters but really smart and starting to take commands.I think wife said 15 pounds already. So by the time it gets cold and nasty they will be ready to take on there first piggy and coons.Way to hot at 106 today to do much more than a cold drink and a dip in the creek.

Welcome to WSF. I thought I had posted in here already.
I had a compass, but without a map, it's just a cool toy to show you where oceans and ice are.
