    Default Sharpening the Crashblade

After studying the blade Crash gave me at the gathering for three weeks I decided to get to work and put it in what I consider "working condition". In the case of the Crashblade that means putting an good edge on it.

I will confess to rounding the back of the blade where it joins the scales to fit my hand a scooch more precisely and it now fits me to a tee.

The edge, even though well heat treated D2 took the work of the stones magnificently and accepted a razor edge in only one sitcom session of sharpening.

This is proving to be one of those small utility blades that takes up residence on the belt and remains there daily. It appears the Keltec has a new daily carry pal.

Thanks Crash, I don't care what Rick says about you, you make a good blade!
