I need some recipes! I've been harvesting Radish, all evening. I plan to pickle the radish itself. What about the stalks? I know they are edible? What to do with them?

Keep in mind the problem may be extremely complicated, though the "Fix" is often simple...

Haven't tried pickled, but that sounds good.
Here are some ways I've used them. Raw as a snack, in salads, on sandwiches, diced and added to salsa, steamed with mixed vegetables, sauteed with onions (for steaks).
Here is a link for using the greens. I haven't tried this yet. http://www.ehow.com/how_5620696_use-radish-greens.html
Thanks Crash! This is about a 1/8th of the harvest....

I have the same problem every year - what to do with these radishes. I plant them because they are such a short-cycle crop (30 days or so). I plant them in with other salad veggies (lettuce, etc.), so when I pull them it will aerate the soil. But the problem is nobody really likes radishes - at least not in quanitity. About one round of radish rosettes and I am out of ideas. I hope you guys have some good ideas!
