Since you cannot post a link to your site, you may want to copy and paste the article.
I was told I could put my webby in my signature. ????
You can put a link in your signature (you have not done that yet) but you cannot call attention to it by saying "I have a great article on my website, just click on the link." We've got some members that run on-line stores. From time to time they run some sales. They cannot make a post that says "I'm running a sale - click my link" but they can change their signature to something like "Red, white and blue hongs on sale for $5.99" in hopes that any interested party would click on the link. When the sale is over they can change their signature again.
The best way to convey information to other members is to post the information (not the link) on the forum. In lieu of that you can alter your signature to a link that reads "Handloading Information". Some may click it others may not.
I know it's informational and you just want to share, but we have to draw a line with linking in order to (1) be fair to everybody and (2) prevent spam.
PM me on the hong sale, please. The color sounds great and I like the price.
