    Any smith worth his/her salt can fix both the alignment and the loose choke mount. DO NOT shoot it until the choke mount is silver soldered on tight.

    great, thank you. Just to find a smith around here now. I wasn't planning on shooting till it was checked out, but good to know for sure.

    This gun was used earlier in the World War 2.

    I don't think so. It was made about 20 years after WWII. Can I ask how old you are? Age range is fine.

    Nope, his was in the 60's, no world war with this one. There were bolt action shotguns in WWII, but they were very specialized guns made by Richardson...the same folks that made the Slam Fire gun for the Phillipinos Underground.....
