    Exclamation Yeap! I can't register

It's been a week since I sent message to the administrator and still no response. I did every step instructed in the email, with no success. Tried re-registering all over again and it would not allow me under the nickname I chose; it says its already been taken (by me I hope).

I love the website and would truly like to interact. Otherwise is getting frustrating.
I just moved to United States and have so many questions about the wildlife here...

In fact I can see at least one of the members called "Crashdive..." is in North Florida and thats where I am and can't wait to start learning about so many things I see in my land. I don't allow my poor husband to use any of his new gardening tools(toys) to cut anything yet.

Hopefully this note leads me to better news!!
thanks in advance to whoever helps me!!!

No one with that log in name or IP has registered here so that name can't be taken. Besides, your IP address is blacklisted. That's probably the reason you can't register.

Well I was just returning to share my happiness that I just made it and noticed you just added something to your initial reply.
How can you say my ip address is blacklisted.
    Thanks anyways
    Good night.

    Thank God, SOMEONE should.
We're all weird enough we don't need new specimens.

There are about 70 DNS based anti-spam databases. If your IP address somehow ended up on a few of those "blacklists" it indicates that those databases believe your IP address was sending out spam. Not sure how one gets on those, but yours is showing up on two of them. Nobody here at Wilderness Survival Forums has anything to do with putting IP addresses on those lists.

It may also be that someone was using it to send spam in the past and the IP has since been reassigned to you.

    Rick,
that makes more sense to me Now, and hurts a little less my feelings for being in some 'blacklist'.
I realize this is a wilderness survival site and is not meant to rescue me out of my technology ignorance; BUT, I have to say, I wonder how on earth you gentlemen can even see which is my ip address ... I don't even really know what the ip address is!!! ;/

Oh well, I will just carry on try enjoy networking here, hoping this UNDESERVED bad reputation doesn't causes me further trouble. Meanwhile my behavior SHALL speak for my clean intentions.

thanks again to all and good day.

    ps: SHALL means MUST
