It's a purty knife, the question is what do you want it for??
    I know what hunts you.

It should!! You now have it! No where near as good as one of yours though.

Thank you! The Top is a kit knife, the other two are my first attempts at knife making. The Nessmuk gets used on a fairly good basis... on the farm,in the kitchen(after it is washed first), just about the first knife I reach for to do anything. I have really come to love the Nessmuk pattern. It may not be much for looks, but it is a good "Using" knife.

Well, that one and the one I got from Rebel are two of my favorites.

It's prety nice. I've handled but not used one. 5/16" thick, SK-5 High Carbon steel blade. I wish they had put micarta on it, like their San Mai III Laredo.

Know your knife laws on big bowies. They are "fighting knives" in many places. Here you can own one but not carry it on your person, not even in a purse or secured in a box, etc...

edited - because the thought of a 15" bowie in a purse made me laugh out loud. But that is how the law reads in Oklahoma. Heheh.
