Default Good year on the trap line

While on the trap line last week I was able to take 3 more deer. Two of them fell to my new (as in "replacement" for the one I lost) S&W .357 magnum.

I didn't get to go bear hunting last spring and I did not get a moose this fall so this venison is a real blessing for mine and 2 other families.

We also brought in another 10 otter, 3 martin and 1 wolverine for a total of 51 otter, 10 martin, 5 mink and 2 wolverine.

After the Fur Rondy I'll have a little extra spending money.

    2. If you can't reach your kit when you need it....Its useless.

Congratulations. I'll bet this current weather is hard on the line.

NICE! Do you have Pictures at all? I would love to pictures of your furs and of your trap line. Glad to hear about your deer. That always helps.

Yes the current weather sucks on the trap line.

    I'll post some pictures later.

The limit on deer in the unit I hunt is 5.
