Were in for a warm week too! I just shoveled the snow off the roof and I only needed a long sleeve shirt! It must be close to 40 out there!

Getting hot here, too - from being in the mid -20s we're bouncing up to just around freezing! I guess it's time for doing laundry, giving the ducks some water to splash around in, go and cut more firewood, pack down the trails properly since the snow will be sticky, and heat up the shed to do some glass work without going through a whole cord of wood...

We were actually colder than that last week in Florida. Tomorrow and Sunday are supposed to hit the 70's. Enjoy that Florida weather.

I was willing to take the blame for the warm weather here, because this is the first year in the last 5, I have been ready for ice fishing before the end of the year, it starts in the morning. The lakes up around the Allagash, have only about 3 inches of ice as of yesterday, and the warden service has warned that the entire lakes aren't iced up to date. I don't know if any of you saw the program on Nova the other night about Antarctica, but it sure doesn't sound good long term.

Wow, Rick...I guess you can scrap that piddling from the car idea right here and now! You must be such a hot item that you've caused this heat wave

Y'all get all the cooler weather up north Crash. We were in the 70's all day today and tomorrow we'll have a high of 78.

So I guess we'd be shoveling in a short sleeve t-shirt and flip flops. Except I don't have anything to shovel.
