    Cool The "WSF Wolf" profile.

    So what's the WSF wolf like? Well I'll tell ya; he's usually an independent cuss, & doesn't join too many groups, except maybe the N.R.A.! If you ask him "do you keep your knife in your boot, your pack, your vehicle, or on your belt?" He answers: "Yep!"

    He doesn't brag about surviving as he knows deep down inside what it really means. He has the hidden scars from where he's been, the paths he's walked, & the friends he's lost.

    I say "he," but it could just as easily be a "she."

    Their eyes are constantly red from all of the pollution in the air, & their hearts are saddened from the curse that modern civilization has thrust upon them. Some yearn for the simpler time of a century or two past & try to build their current lives upon that old foundation.

    If you mention the name of some of our current political leaders or Bear Grylls, be careful or you might get a face full of spit.

    They can light a fire in a hurricane with only primitive materials.

    They can track game over a river & bring home a feast.

    They can take a piece of flint & make an arrowhead, a handle, or a razor-sharp blade.

    When Questioned they'll tell you that their guns were all stolen, while a twinkle hides behind their eyes.

    They protect women & children.

    Trolls & spammers fear them, or they should.

    Numpties yearn to be them.

    Their neighbors tremble at the sight of them, but are glad they are around when things go bad!

    They're proud to be a member of the Wolf-pack!

    To all of you, a Happy New Year from Sarge!

    don't forget; they can open a beer with one hand, while that hand is setting a deadfall (and ask them how they lost that other hand...)

    Bacon --- don't forget the bacon.

    Now - to the inexperienced reader they may be thinking what does bacon have to do with this conversation? Well - bacon goes with everything!

    Cool Also....

    ...they're pretty good liars.
    ...they like to drink a little.
    ...and they love to debate knife features like "serrated vs. straight edges," "Chinese vs. American made," & "how Bear Grylls name can completely devalue a Gerber Legendary Blade!"

    Had to do it:

    "Now this is the Law of the Jungle -- as old and as true as the sky;
    And the Wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the Wolf that shall break it must die.
    As the creeper that girdles the tree-trunk the Law runneth forward and back --
    For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack."

    "Because of his age and his cunning, because of his gripe and his paw,
    In all that the Law leaveth open, the word of your Head Wolf is Law.
    Now these are the Laws of the Jungle, and many and mighty are they;
    But the head and the hoof of the Law and the haunch and the hump is — Obey!"

    A " Numptie" is a "Greenhorn" that thinks they know more than they do. That what little they do know is adequate to survive in any location, around the globe with only their trusty survival knife and nothing more. (You know the "one" that costs all of $5, is 18" long, has a hollow handle for storing all kinds of stuff,....etc. You've seen them in many Movies I'm sure. Great for Hollywood, lousy for survival.)
