Let's see.....$200, huh. My Mosins cost 78 and my Raven Arms .25 cost $40. Well, before the great canoe accident of 2010. I wonder what they'd do if I pulled up with a semi load of Mosins and Raven Arms.

There's a joke in there about the government, but since we don't discuss politics, I guess I'll let it go.

First off I don't agree with "buy back" programs but yes they are run through NCIC, the ATF, and the NIBIN system to check for possible use in crimes. They are then destroyed or forfieted to the agency for department use such as being issued to Reserve units or training for example. They could also be traded in by the department to gun manufacturers such as Sig Sauer or Glock for a discount on new issued weapons.

9mm: Because even 1911 guys don't want to get shot with one of my "little" bullets.

9mm: Because low round count single stack pistols suck in a gun fight!

They were showing it on the news last night,,, they showed a few AR15's, a couple mini 14's and trash cans full of shot guns, rifles and hand guns,, there was a huge line of cars waiting to unload and get their 100 or 200 hundred dollar card...

This is an unusual coincidence,my Grandfather traded groceries for an Oxford Arms 20 gauge SxS,during the Great Depression and I still have it,the forearm wood is split and the end of the barrels are tissue thin, sign of the times?

Don't need to have an FFL to buy or sell guns.
