Remember the DOC auction we had in July?

Remember that Camp10 had several knife blanks up for auction?

Remember I put a guard and handles on one of the blanks to be auctioned?

Remember that B had the winning bid for the auction?

Remember how the package never arrived?

Well -- it has arrived. Back in my post office box. It was marked "unable to deliver". I checked the address and it was correct. I have no idea where it has been since July, but it is back with me now.

Sooooooooooo - I checked with Camp10, and he is in agreement - it's time for a Christmas knife give away. Here are the rules. You've gotta be at least 18. You have to have at least 30 posts to enter the drawing. If you want in on the drawing - just say so. I'll draw the winning name in about a week or so (exact date to be determined). Here are a few pictures of the knife. It was a knife blank provided by Camp10 (along with pins and guard). It has a copper guard, copper pins, blue jean Crashcarta handle, sheath, firesteel with antler handle.

You have to have 30 posts, huh? I'm pretty sure I can change post count....I mean....that's a good rule to have. (Where's my dang forum manual?)

Man I'm not going to post whore to get up to 30 posts...But I sure would love to have that Knife...If I knew when You where cutting off the entry date I could write a Tute...that would legitimately raise my post count..what would be a topic that would be well received?..I WANT THAT DAMN KNIFE !

Well, I was going to make it 30,000 posts, but folks might have thought I was playing favorites.

As much as I would like to, I am the proud recipient of one of Crashes masterpieces, so I will sit on the sidelines and watch who the lucky dog will be.

An unsolicited advertisement. That Crashcarta is so much cooler "in person" than the photos show .

That's an easy one........."What kind of knife is the best for survival" that's always entertaining.
See if you work in the, "Crash Blade, The Journeyman, Knife of Destiny" , should be a cinch.

Well I'm certainly thrilled it wasn't lost or stolen.
The knife obviously has good karma and some hidden boomerang properties, so good luck to all.
We'll know soon enough who's been naughty or nice.
