    Default Cooking pot height adjustment

    Hi All

Was trying to come up with a way to easily adjust the height of my cooking pot over the fire.

This is what I came up with.

Top loop attaches to your tripod or whatever and bottom loop hooks to your pot
[Note: still have to make hooks]

The center is a coupling nut with a hole drilled through it

Loosen the thumbscrew, pull cable, tighten screw and you are done.

    Just sharing :5:

Nice job. Looks like a product looking for a market to me. Great out of box thinking.

Good job, kid. Very innovative. Got me to thinking about new ways to do things, too.
Wherefore, let us be thankful that there are still thousands of cool, green nooks beside crystal springs, where the weary soul may hide for a time, away from debts, duns and deviltries, and a while commune with nature in her undress. ~ George W. “Nessmuk” Sears ~
