    Hello all,

    I am a 42 year old guy from the general area of Saratoga Springs NY. I work in the computer field. I have been into hunting, hiking and fishing all my life here in NY.
    I have no formal training, just a desire to be prepared for anything, whether natural or otherwise.

    My interests include wilderness skills, homesteading, hunting, fishing, gardening, food storage, hiking, photography, cooking, self reliance and energy independence. Most of all FREEDOM!

    Some of you may know me by the same name on Bushcraftusa.com.

    I am here to learn and share.

    Welcome Seeker. I used to have family up around the Glenns Falls area and in Gloversville. Nice country out there. Tough to make a living out beyond the cities though any more.
