    Hey all

    Im Sergio, 28 and im from Portugal, im a real couch potato but in the last year i have been more active and trying to change to a more healthy and self sufficient and reclusive life style. And on my quest i found your site and i hope i can learn a lot from all the info in here and share experiences and all.

    Hey, Sergio! Sorry, I missed your intro when you posted. Welcome to the Forums!

    Where in Portugal?

    I spent some time in Lisbon a few years back, as well as in Sao Miguel. Great time! I closed down a few Fado Houses in Old Lisbon.

    Im based near Coimbra in a industrial suburb with some heavy and intensive rice farming along the shores of river Mondego.

    Its a nice warm and sunny micro climate!
